Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze how the performance assessment of the Ministry of Religion of Bone Regency comprehensively uses the Balanced Scorecard method. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. Data were obtained from the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Bone Regency by distributing questionnaires to 12 state civil servants and 6 communities as respondents. The analytical method used is descriptive statistics. The results of the performance research from a financial perspective with an increase in the level of budget efficiency by 0.27% in 2019 is considered quite good; performance appraisal from the perspective of the customer with a percentage of 81.67% considered very good; performance assessment seen from the perspective of growth and learning with a percentage of 85.28% is considered very good; and performance appraisal in terms of internal business perspective with a percentage of 84.17% considered very good. This study uses the Balanced Scorecard method to measure the performance of the Ministry of Religion of Bone Regency which has never been done before.
