Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe marning corn management system at CV. Kembar Dua Makassar, analyzing the cost and income of marning corn business, formulating onternal and eksternal factors that can influence marine corn agroindustry development, analyzing alternative strategies that can be applied in developing marine corn agroindustry at CV Kembar Dua Makassar. This research was conducted on CV. Kembar Dua Makassar is one of the corn industry in Makassar. This research uses SWOT analysis method. The result of this study indicate that corn agroindustry management system on CV. Kembar Dua Makassarof three stages of raw material procurement, production process, packaging process, and marketing process. Result of earnings analysis obtained value/ amount of income received CV. Kembar Dua Makassar that is equal to Rp. 205.778.776 a year with value R/C ratio equal to 1,99 so feasibleto cultivate. The result of SWOT analysis found that strategy that impact on internal and external condition of company is business diversification strategy.
