Abstract

The existence of the Daya Makassar Regional Terminal is very important to support the mobility inside and from outside Makassar City and creating traffic order. Other than that, the Daya Makassar Regional Terminal also functions as a supporting facility for increasing Makassar City's Regional Original Income from the retribution sector. The existence of a shadow terminal which is outside the Makassar Metro Terminal also effect reducing effectiveness of the function of this terminal. The ease of picking up and dropping off passengers without going through the terminal is the most basic thing, so the shadow terminal is often used instead of the Makassar Metro Terminal. The are two purpose of this study, first is to analyze the factors that affect passenger satisfaction on the Makassar Metro Terminal Transit Function and the second is to formulate alternative solutions to the aspects of the implementation of the influencing factors on the Makassar Metro Terminal Transit function. This study uses descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the most influential factors in the assessment of passenger satisfaction were safety factors, travel time factors and environmental impact factors.
