Abstract

Although online transportation is relatively new in Wajo Regency, this transportation sector always pays attention to comfort, safety and is able to serve users or consumers well. Measure satisfaction from consumers there are five dimensions that must be considered, namely Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, and Tangible. Due to the new online transportation in the city of Sengkang and the large number of users of the Magatti application that can provide changes to the social life of the community, especially in the city of Sengkang, researchers are interested in conducting observations to provide information about how the presence of online transportation in Wajo Regency and how the level of satisfaction from users of online transportation services from Magatti couriers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of online-based transportation customer satisfaction levels in Sengkang City, Wajo Regency on the quality of physical evidence services (tangible), reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis to achieve this goal. The results showed that the variable that had the most dominant influence on the satisfaction level of Magtti Courier service users was the Caring/Empathy variable with a value of 62,7%, then sequentially the Responsiveness variable had an influence of 25,4%, the Reliability variable had an influence of 25,4%, the effect of 20.6%, and for the Assurance variable (X4) and Physical Evidence (X1) have an effect of 14.9% and 14.2%, respectively.
