Abstract
The existence of online transportation is very helpful in supporting community activities. The services provided are also not limited to just delivering passengers but can also be used for goods delivery services, food delivery, or even shopping. The ordering process is also quite easy. But on the other hand, the existence of online transportation will also directly reduce the number of passengers and users of public transportation. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of the existence of online transportation on other public in urban areas and to find out the comparison in terms of tariffs between online transportation and public transportation. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis of the results of the questionnaire as well as ATP and WTP analysis of the applicable tariff. The results of the study show that the presence of online transportation has a negative impact on the income of conventional public transport drivers by decreasing their income. The results of the analysis of the prevailing tariff at the time the research was carried out was Rp 9.000 (general) and Rp 5.000 (students), is in accordance with the value of ATP when using public transportation, while the rates that apply at the time the research is carried out are still above the WTP value.
