Abstract

Appendisitis adalah keaadaan inflamasi dan obstruksi pada apendiks vermiformis. Apendiks vermiformis atau yang lebih dikenal dengan usus buntu merupakan kantung kecil yang buntu danmelekat pada sekum. Appendisitis terjadi karena adanya obstruksi yang diakibatkan juga karena gaya hidup manusia yang kurang dalam mengkonsumsi makanan tinggi serat. Appendisitis biasanya dimulai dengan rasa sakit di tengah perut yang dirasakan hilang timbul. Dalam beberapa jam, rasa sakit menjalar ke sisi kanan bawah, dimana usus buntu biasanya terletak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan asuhan keperawatan Tn. D.A dengan diagnosis apendisitis perforasi pada tindakan post op laparatomi eksplorasi appendiktomi di ruangan instalasi bedah sentral RSUD. Labuang Baji Makassar. Studi kasus ini mengunakan metode observasi mengenai prosedur operasi dan deskriptif dari studi kasus dan pendekatan proses keperawatan. Pada studi kasus ini didapatkan hasil setelah dilakukan pengkajian sampai diberikan intervensi keperawatan selama 1x5 jam, maka appendisitis perforasi teratasi dengan dilakukan tindakan operasi laparatomi eksplorasi appendiktomi. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan terhadap hasil studi kasus dan asuhan keperawatan yang diberikan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa diagnosa keperawatan yang diambil pada kasus appendisitis perforasi dengan tindakan laparatomi eksplorasi appendiktomi di ruangan instalasi bedah sentral RSUD. Labuang Baji pada fase post yakni nyeri akut dan gangguan mobilitas fisik. Sehingga tindakan asuhan keperawatan yang diberikan pada kedua diagnosa sesuai dengan intervensi yang diberikan pada buku 3S (SDKI, SLKI, SIKI). Appendicitis is a condition of inflammation and obstruction of the vermiform appendix. The vermiform appendix or better known as the appendix is a small sac that is closed and attached to the cecum. Appendicitis occurs due to obstruction which is also caused by a human lifestyle that does not consume foods high in fiber. Appendicitis usually begins with pain in the middle of the stomach that comes and goes. Within a few hours, the pain radiates to the lower right side, where the appendix is usually located. This study aims to determine the implementation of nursing care, Mr. D.A with a diagnosis of perforated appendicitis during a post-op laparotomy exploratory appendectomy in the central surgical installation room at the Regional Hospital. Labuang Baji Makassar. This case study uses observation methods regarding operational procedures and descriptions of case studies and the nursing process approach. In this case study, the results were obtained after an assessment was carried out until nursing intervention was given for 1x5 hours, then the perforated appendicitis was resolved by carrying out an exploratory appendectomy laparotomy operation. Based on the results of the discussion of the results of the case study and the nursing care provided, it can be concluded that the nursing diagnosis taken in the case perforated appendicitis with laparotomy exploratory appendectomy in the central surgical installation room of Labuang Baji Regional Hospital in the post phase, namely acute pain and impaired physical mobility. So that the nursing care given for both diagnoses is in accordance with the instructions given in the 3S book (SDKI SLKI SIKD
