Abstract

Nyeri otot merupakan sensasi sakit atau tidak nyaman yang
dirasakan oleh seseorang dan terjadi pada otot. Hal ini bisa disebabkan oleh berbagai
faktor, seperti cedera, ketegangan otot, kelelahan, atau kondisi medis tertentu seperti
arthritis atau fibromyalgia. Nyeri otot yang membatasi rentang gerakan sendi juga
fleksibilitas dan mobilitas merupakan gangguan dalam kehidupan kehidupan sehari-
hari. Penanganan dari nyeri otot dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai cara yaitu
melakukan peregangan, mendapatkan pijatan, dan terapi seperti bekam. Tujuan
penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran nyata tentang penerapan terapi
bekam basah terhadap Tn. G dengan keluhan nyeri otot di Klinik Zein Holistik
Terapi Makassar.
Metode: Penelitian ini adalah laporan kasus pada 1 kasus nyeri otot, dimana
manajemen perawatan menggunakan terapi bekam basah.
Hasil Asuhan Keperawatan: Penelitian menunjukkan terdapat penurunan nyeri
setelah diberikan perlakuan, dimana sebelum terapi bekam basah pasien memiliki
skala nyeri 5 atau nyeri sedang, sedangkan sesudah terapi bekam basah memiliki
skala nyeri 2 atau nyeri ringan, sedangkan secara visual didapatkan pasien
mengatakan nyeri bagian ekstremitas tangan kanan berkurang dan nyeri berkurang.
Rekomendasi: Penerapan terapi bekam basah sebagai intervensi keperawatan yang
dapat membatu pasien dalam mengurangi nyeri pada pasien dengan keluhan nyeri
otot.
Kesimpulan: Penerapan intervensi terapi bekam basah dengan keluhan otot
dapat menurunkan tingkat nyeri.

Muscle pain is a sensation of pain or discomfort felt by a person and
occurs in the muscles. This can be caused by various factors, such as injury, muscle
tension, fatigue, or certain medical conditions such as arthritis or fibromyalgia.
Muscle pain that limits the range of joint movement as well as flexibility and mobility
is a disturbance in everyday life. Handling of muscle pain can be done in various
ways, namely stretching, getting a massage, and therapy such as cupping. The
purpose of this study was to determine the real picture of the application of wet
cupping therapy to Mr. G with complaints of muscle pain at the Zein Holistic
Therapy Clinic Makassar.
Methods: This study is a case report on 1 case of muscle pain, where treatment
management used wet cupping therapy.
Nursing Care Results: The study showed that there was a decrease in pain after
being given treatment, where before wet cupping therapy the patient had a pain scale
of 5 or moderate pain, while after wet cupping therapy the pain scale was 2 or mild
pain, while visually the patient said that the pain in the right hand extremities was
reduced and the pain was reduced.
Recommendation: Implementation of wet cupping therapy as a nursing intervention
that can help patients reduce pain in patients with complaints of muscle pain.
Conclusion: Implementation of wet cupping therapy intervention with muscle
complaints can reduce pain levels.
