Abstrak
This study aims to analyze Production Planning and Raw Material Inventory Control in Manufacturing
Companies in Facing Demand Fluctuations in a literature review. The method used in this study is a
literature study by reviewing some of the results of previous studies originating from national and
international articles. Based on the results of an analysis of some of the literature on operational
management, it can be concluded that production planning can assist companies in carrying out the
production process by providing an overview of the company's production flow and allocation. Because
mistakes in planning in the form of preparation that occur will affect the statement of financial position
and income statement. Good production planning can ensure the availability of raw materials, because
the company is able to control raw materials properly.
