Evaluasi Kinerja Sistem Angkutan Umum Terintegrasi Daerah Masamba

This study aims to analyze the evaluation of the
performance of transportation mode services and the
performance of transport route services to evaluate the
performance of the service level of integrated public transport
systems in the Masamba Region. The method of data collection is
conducted through primary surveys and secondary surveys.
Primary surveys are carried out by distributing questionnaires
and data analysis techniques using SmartPLS version 3.0
software and secondary surveys by collecting data related to
research themes in several related agencies. The research sample
is that the public transportation passengers on the Masamba-
Makassar Bus route as many as 98 respondents, determining the
number of samples can be done using the Bernoulli formula.
Based on the analysis of existing data obtained by respondents'
perceptions that the performance of the level of service of the
transportation mode in terms of safety, comfort and orderliness
has been effective, although in terms of equality it still needs to
improve its services. The performance of the Bus public
transport system in the Masamba area has also created an
integrated public transport system and the performance of the
Masamba-Makassar PO route services is categorized well based
on the standards of public transport services from the Director
General of Land Transportation.
