Kajian Integrasi Angkutan Umum Teman Bus dan Angkutan Mikrolet Pada Koridor 2 Kota Makassar

The aims of this research are; (1) To examine the connectivity between the Connector Road and the roads along Corridor (2). To analyze passenger satisfaction in relation to the plan of integrating Microlet transportation with Friend Bus transportation along Corridor 2 in Makassar City. The method used is Qualitative Descriptive Analysis using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS, Ver 21) program. The hypothesized variables include seven independent variables, namely: Comfort; Accessibility; Punctuality; Physical Facilities; Responsiveness; Reliability; and Security; Empathy. The results obtained from the regression equation model are as follows: Y = 1.961 + 0.197X1 + 0.023X2 - 0.067X3 + 0.278X4 + 0.026X5 + 0.400X6 + 0.270X7 + 0.056X8, where X1 (Comfort) has an influence of 0.197; X2 (Accessibility) has an influence of 0.023; X3 (Punctuality) has an influence of -0.067; X4 (Physical Facilities) has an influence of 0.278; X5 (Responsiveness) has an influence of 0.026; X6 (Reliability) has an influence of 0.400; X7 (Security) has an influence of 0.270; and X8 (Empathy) has an influence of 0.056.
