Abstract

flek hitam merupakan bintik yang terdapat pada kulit. bintik-bintik ini umumnya permukaannya rata dan berbentuk bulat. Flek biasanya muncul pada kulit akibat terkenanya paparan sinar matahari yang berulang. Flek hitam atau biasa disebut dengan melasma merupakan penyakit hipermelanosis yang paling sering ditemui dan biasanya terdapat pada bagian wajah yang paling sering terkena paparan sinar matahari. Tujuan studi kasus ini untuk memperoleh gambaran nyata tentang penerapan edukasi penggunaan sunscreen Pada Ny. M dengan Flek di Arche 21 Aeshetic Clinic Makassar. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan dilakukan pada satu klien dengan masalah keperawatan gangguan integritas Kulit/Jaringan, Gangguan Citra Tubuh dan Kesiapan Peningkatan Pengetahuan dengan hasil evaluasi wajah Klien tampak lebih bersih walaupun masih terdapat flek di area pipi kanan, pipi kiri dan klien tampak paham terkait edukasi untuk meningkatkan presepsi diri. Kesimpulan penulis dapat menyimpulkan dengan adanya penerapan serta edukasi penggunaan sunscreen dapat memperbaiki klit klien. Black spots are spots on the skin. Black sports or what is usually called melasma is the most common hypermelanosis disease and is usually found on the parts of the face that are most frequently exposed to sunlight. The aim of this case study is to obtain a real picture of the implementation of education on the use of sunscreen for Mrs. M with Spots at Arche 21 Aesthetic Clinic Makassar. The method used is a descriptive method carried out on one client with nursing problems: Skin/Tissue Integrity Disorders, Body Image Disorders and Readiness to Increase Knowledge with the evaluation results. The client"s face looks cleaner even though there are still spots on the right cheek and left check area and the client seems to understand. releated to education to improve selft-perception. In conclusion, the author can conclude that the application and education on the use of sunscreen can improve the skin of clients.
