Abstract

YUSRIANTI ANDIKA. Uji Kadar Flavonoid Dan Fenolik Ekstrak Daun Kawista (Limonia Acidissima L). (Dibimbing oleh Muammar Fawwaz dan Mamat Pratama). Kawista merupakan tanaman asal Kabupaten Bima. Berdaun majemuk dengan jumlah anak daun 5-7 helai dan panjang 25-35 mm serta lebar 10-20mm yang tergolong dalam famili Rutaceae. Kawista ini secara tradisional untuk mengobati atau menyembuhkan beberapa penyakit, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa persen kadar flavonoid dan fenolik dari ekstrak daun kawista (Limonia acidissima L). Metode penelitian ini menggunakan spektrofotometri UV dan visible. Pembanding yang digunakan adalah asam galat (fenolik) dan kuersetin (flavonoid) Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kadar flavonoid rata-rata ekstrak etanol daun kawista adalah 42.076 mgQE/g. dan kandungan fenolik rata-rata ekstrak etanol daun kawista adalah 14.663 mgGAE/g Kata Kunci : Daun flavonoid, fenolik, spektrofotometer UV – vis, x Universitas Muslim Indonesia ABSTRACT YUSRIANTI ANDIKA. Determiation of Flavonoid and Phenolic Content of Kawista Leaf Extract (Limonia Acidissima L). (Guided by Muammar Fawwaz and Mamat Pratama). Kawista is a plant from Bima Regency. It has compound leaves with 5-7 leaflets and a length of 25-35 mm and a width of 10-20 mm which belongs to the Rutaceae family. Kawista is traditionally used to treat or cure several diseases. This research aims to determine the percentage of flavonoid and phenolic content of kawista leaf extract (Limonia acidissima L). This research method uses UV visible spectrophotometry and the comparators used are gallic acid (phenolic) and quercetin (flavonoid). The results of the research show that the average flavonoid content of kawista leaf ethanol extract at a is 42.076 mgQE/g and the average phenolic content The average ethanol extract of kawista leaves at a was 14.663 mgGAE/g.
