Abstract

Rosdiana. Profil Pengkajian Resep Obat Hipertensi Pada Pasien Rawat Jalan RSUD La Patarai Kabupaten Barru. Dibimbing oleh Ibu Nurlina dan Ibu Aztriana. Prevalensi penderita hipertensi di Indonesia bahkan di dunia terus meningkat sehingga menyebabkan terjadinya peningkatan pada jumlah peresepan obat antihipertensi yang ada dirumah sakit dan juga kemungkinan terjadi peningkatan kesalahan dalam penulisan resep obat antihipertensi semakin besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kelengkapan resep obat antihipertensi meliputi pengkajian administrasi, pengkajian farmasetik, dan pengkajian klinis pada pasien rawat jalan pada bulan oktober hingga desember 2022 di RSUD Lapatarai Kabupaten Barru. Metode pada penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian adalah retrospektif. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat 99 lembar resep yang mengandung obat antihipertensi. Hasil skrining administrasi memperoleh hasil bahwa 100% resep tidak mencantumkan alamat pasien, berat badan pasien, tinggi badan pasien, riwayat alergi pasien dan no SIP dokter. Pada skrining farmasetik diperoleh hasil bahwa 100% resep menuliskan bentuk sediaan, kekuatan sediaan, dan aturan pakai obat. Dengan mayoritas obat antihipertensi yang diresepkan dalam bentuk sediaan tablet. Pada persyaratan klinik diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat kesesuaian dosis tepat 84,10% dan terdapat 29,74% resep yang memiliki interaksi antara obat antihipertensi dan obat lainnya serta tidak terdapat duplikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menampilkan ketidaksesuaian antara Profil Pengkajian resep obat antihipertensi di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Lapatarai dengan Regulasi Terstandar di Indonesia. The Profile of of Hypertension Drug Prescriptions in Outpatients at La Patarai Hospital, Barru Regency (Supervised by Nurlina and Aztriana). The prevalence of hypertensive patients in Indonesia and worldwide is on the rise, leading to an increase in antihypertensive prescription in hospitals as well as an increase in errors in writing prescriptions for antihypertensive drugs. This study aimed to assess the completeness of prescription for antihypertensives including administrative, pharmaceutical and clinical evaluation in outpatients in Lapatarai Hospital Barru Regency in the period of October to December 2022.The method applied in this study was descriptive as the type of study was retrospective. The findings of this study are as follows: There were 99 prescriptions containing antihypertensives. Administrative screening revealed that 100 percent of the prescriptions did not include the patient’s address, weight, height, allergy history, or the doctor’s SIP number. Besides, pharmaceutical screening revealed 100 percent of prescriptions that did not note the dosage form and dosage strength, as well as instructions for use. Most antihypertenoids were prescribed as tablet dosage forms. Based on clinical criteria, 84.10% of prescriptions were compliant with appropriate dosage regimens, 29.74% had interactions with antihypertensive drugs and other drugs, and no duplications were observed. The findings of this study demonstrate a difference in Assessment Profile of Antihypertensive Drug Prescriptions at Lapatarai Regency General Hospital vs. Standardized Regulations in Indonesia.
