Abstract
The project of construction will not be free from risks, both internal risks and internal risks. The application of risk management is useful for increasing understanding of the project, understanding of the risks faced by the project including its impacts and can also provide the right reasons for decision making and the ability to manage risks efficiently and effectively. One of the road improvement projects in South Sulawesi is the Midle Ringroad Perintis Kemerdekaan Road - Dr Leimena Road, that is the Midle Ring Road (MRR) construction project or the ring road that connecting Perintis Kemerdekaan Road and Dr Leimena Road. The purpose of this study is to plan the handling of these factors so that they can be handled by the contractor in the implementation of the Middle Ring Road (MRR) construction that connects Perintis Kemerdekaan Road - Dr Leimena Road, South Sulawesi Province. The analysis used is an analysis of identifying risks that arise in the project, then an analysis is carried out for efforts to mitigate these risks. In deciding what actions will be taken to manage the risks that occur, that is: 1) conducting field engineering between service users, supervisors and service providers and 2) making guarantees from banks related to the financial condition of the contractors.
