Abstract

Pujiana Nur Hasanah. Inventarisasi Tumbuhan Berkhasiat Obat DI Desa Makmur Jaya, Kecamatan Tikke Raya, Kabupaten Pasangkayu, Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Dibimbing oleh Ibu Andi Amaliah Dahlia dan Ibu St. Maryam. Tumbuhan obat merupakan tumbuhan yang memiliki khasiat sebagai obat yang digunakan oleh masyarakat untuk mengobati suatu penyakit salah satunya masyarakat Desa Makmur Jaya, Kecamatan Tikke Raya, Kabupaten Pasangkayu, Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan inventarisasi jenis tanaman obat, bagian yang digunakan dan cara penggunaannya pada masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah survei dengan metode observasional yang dimulai pada pembuatan kuisioner kemudian dilakukan penyusunan kriteria responden, dilanjutkan dengan penyebaran, pengumpulan kuisioner dan wawancara responden. Tumbuhan obat yang digunakan terdiri dari 22 famili, 23 genus dan 26 spesies dengan bagian tumbuhan akar, daun, buah, batang, rimpang, dan herba serta cara pengolahan diminum, dioles, dan ditempel. Hasil perhitungan Use value (UV) yaitu 0,15 dari tumbuhan daun sirsak untuk pengobatan hipertensi. Sedangkan nilai Fidelity level (FL) dengan nilai tertinggi 100% dari 16 jenis tumbuhan (Kersen, Mengkudu, Cocor bebek, Kencur, Lidah buaya, Temulawak, Mentimun, Pare, Kumis kucing, Mahkota dewa, Sirih, Jeruk nipis, papaya, kelor, miana, dan jahe) dan untuk nilai Informan consensus factor (ICF) dengan nilai tertinggi 1,00 dengan kategori penyakit antidiare, maag, bisul, memperlancar urin, cacingan, keputihan, asam urat dan panas dingin. Inventory of Plants with Medicinal Efficiency In Makmur Jaya Village, Tikke Raya District, Pasangkayu Regency, West Sulawesi Province. Supervised by Ms. Andi Amaliah Dahlia dan Ms. St. Maryam. Medicinal plants are plants that have medicinal properties that are used by the community to treat a disease, one of which is the community of Makmur Jaya Village, Tikke Raya District, Pasangkayu Regency, West Sulawesi Province. This study aims to conduct an inventory of types of medicinal plants, the parts used and how to use them in the community. The research method used is a survey with an observational method which begins with the preparation of questionnaires and then the criteria for respondents are compiled, followed by distribution, questionnaire collection and respondent interviews. The medicinal plants used consisted of 22 families, 23 genera and 26 species with plant parts of roots, leaves, fruit, stems, rhizomes, and herbs and the processing method was drunk, smeared, and pasted. The results of the calculation Use value (UV) is 0.15 from soursop leaves for the treatment of hypertension. While the value of Fidelity level (FL) with the highest value of 100% of 16 plant species (Kersen, Noni, Cocor duck, Kencur, Aloe vera, Temulawak, Cucumber, Pare, Cat's whiskers, Mahkota Dewa, Betel, Lime, Papaya, Moringa, miana, and ginger) and for the value of the Informant consensus factor (ICF) with the highest value of 1.00 in the categories of antidiarrheal disease, ulcers, ulcers, smoothing urine, intestinal worms, vaginal discharge, gout and colds.
