Abstract

Nurul Ashary, 2022. Pengaruh antioksidan terhadap fotoprotektif kulit pada beberapa tanaman (Dibimbing oleh apt. Virsa Handayani, S. Farm., M.Farm. dan apt. Ririn, S. Farm., M.Sc.) Antioksidan merupakan suatu senyawa yang dapat memberikan efek fotoprotektif terhadap kulit dari bahaya paparan sinar matahari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan telaah artikel ilmiah terkait pengaruh antioksidan sebagai fotoprotektif pada kulit dengan melihat dari nilai spf. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur dimana referensi diperoleh melalui ResearchGate, PubMed dan Willey, kemudian dipilih jurnal yang sesuai kriteria dalam studi literatur. Berdasarkan pencarian yang dilakukan diperoleh 5 jurnal yang tepat dengan masing-masing hasilnya diperoleh secara metode in vitro yaitu jurnal penelitian Leticia et al (2018) dengan tumbuhan blackberry (Rubus fructicosus L.) memiliki nilai IC50 82,33% serta nilai spf 54,57 dan raspberry (Rubus sp.) memiliki nilai IC50 74,01% serta nilai spf dan 37,32 , Alka et al (2018) dengan tumbuhan minyak geranium (Pelargonium graveolens L.) memiliki nilai IC50 85,51±0,020% serta nilai spf 6,45 dan minyak kalendula (Calendula officinalis) memiliki nilai IC50 78,06±0,04% serta nilai spf 8,36 , Anna et al (2018) dengan tumbuhan daun kelor (Moringa oleifera L.) memiliki nilai IC50 232±7,61% serta nilai spf 2,01±0,02 , Anne et al (2019) dengan tumbuhan daun zaitun (Olea europaea L.) memiliki nilai IC50 11,75±1,01% serta nilai spf 56, Rima et al (2021) dengan tumbuhan daun mint (Mentha pulegium L.) memiliki nilai IC50 5,21±0,94 dengan nilai spf 36,31±0,4. Dari penelitian tersebut penelitian Anne et al (2018) menunjukkan hasil yang paling signifikan dimana penelitian ini menyatakan nilai antioksidan terbaik serta nilai spf dengan kekuatan yang tinggi dan masuk dalam proteksi terkuat. This study aims to examine scientific articles related to the effect of antioxidants as photoprotective on the skin by looking at the spf value. From this study, the research of Anne et al (2018) showed the most significant results where this study stated the best antioxidant value and spf value with high strength and included in the strongest protection.
