Abstract
hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara simultan keseluruhan variabel bebas yang diteliti berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Gowa, dan faktor yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan kabupaten Gowa adalah faktor motifasi
